Which color should I choose for
LEDs?
For most exterior lights, such as parking city
lights, license plate lights, or sidemarker lights, you should choose White
color; For tail lights, brake lights, you should choose Red color; For
corner lights, you should choose Amber or Red color.
However, for interior lights, you can choose
any color you like.
I have an Audi A4, how come the
LED bulbs don't work properly?
Since most European cars like Audi, BMW,
Mercedes, Volkswagen that have on board computer, therefore the LED bulbs
won't work properly. Instead, you will need load resistors to bypass the on
board computer
I have installed the LED bulb
into the socket but it doesn't light up?
Since the LED bulb is polar sensitive, so if
it doesn't light up, you need to flip it around and install again.
If I don't like the color I
initially choose, can I exchange it?
Yes! you can change the order, but there is an
small amount of exchange and handling fee required.
Will
LEDoption sponsor my car?
At this present time LEDoption is not
accepting any applications for sponsorships. When Sponsorships do open again
LEDoption will announce it on it's main page.
I am not really good at cars,
so where can I find out which bulbs I need?
How long
will my online order take to be shipped to me?
All orders will be shipped within the same or
next business days, once the order is shipped, you should receive the
tracking number by email, and you should receive the order accordingly base
on the shipping method you choose.
What kind

My product
stopped working, will LEDoption replace it?
We carry 30 days replacement warranty, so if
the product is not physical damaged, you can replace it within the 30 days
of purchase.
